  • What activities are included in my adventure?

    Which activities are included in your adventure depends on which adventure you have chosen. Possible activities are hiking, canyoning, rock climbing, rope-swinging, zip-lining, adventure parks, slack-lining, bungee jumping, mountaineering, diving, cycling, caving, 4x4 & buddy tours, sightseeing and paintballing.   • I would like to do an activity that is not mentioned in the event description. Is it possible to add this activity to the adventure?

    It is often possible to alter the adventures to your own taste. It depends on the adventure you have chosen and the location where your adventure will take place what is possible.   • Can my children join the adventures?

    A lot of our activities are suitable for children. However, for some of the activities a minimum age is required. You can check the minimum age for your adventure by checking out your event via Individual adventures. Please note that children under 15 years old need to be accompanied by an adult who accepts responsibility for them by signing the “knowledge of risk” paper at all times.
  • What is the minimum age to join the adventures?

  • What safety precautions are made during the adventures?

    Our company has over 10 years of experience in organising the adventures we provide. Professional guides and lifeguards are present during all the adventures we offer. Our guides are trained according to the international and European standards of the EN, NFPA and UIAA. A first aid kit is within our standard equipment. Helmets and life jackets are provided by the company when needed for the specific adventure.
  • I am not sure if I dare to do jumps and rappels, can I still join?

    Not all adventures include jumps and rappels. Find out what activities your adventure includes in the event details via Individual adventures. When included, rappels are always compulsory in order to continue the route. We also offer a range of adventures where rappelling is not included, so you can chose another adventure if rappelling does not suit your taste. Jumps are (often) optionally.   • I am not sure if my fitness level is sufficient, how do I decide whether to go onto an adventure?

    In the event details of the adventures (via Individual adventures) the fitness level for the adventure is stated: Easy, Moderate or Challenging. “Easy” adventures are suitable for everyone. "Moderate" and "Challenging" levels are used to indicate those adventures which have physically demanding activities or which have a route around 8-10km or more. None of our adventures require specific skills or experience. You can easily check the length of the trip and the activities included in the event details.   • How many people are joining the adventure per group?

    How many people are joining a group depends on the adventure. The maximum amount of people is determined by the activities included in the adventure, the valley, the capacity per guide for this specific trip and the difficulty of the program. Usually the group size varies between 20 and 50 persons (depending on the adventure and the demand). If preferred, there is always the possibility to join our adventures in a smaller group.   • Is food included in the price?

    If food is provided during the activity, it is always included in the price. Usually breakfast and either lunch or dinner is provided during the trip. To find out what meals are included in your adventure, take a look at the event description via Individual adventures.

Booking and/or cancelling an adventure

  • Do I need to make a reservation to join the adventures?

    Yes, a reservation is needed in order to provide you with a complete trip and fun experience.
  • How can I make a reservation?

    You can make a reservation by calling to AdventurePROS (0790043191 - 0795734114 - 0786266099 – 0775143660) or passing by our office. Our contact details are stated on our Contact page. Your reservation is finalized once you completed the payment for your adventure.
  • What information/documentation is needed to make a reservation?

    In order to make your reservation we need the full names (first name and surname) of the persons you make a reservation for, your mobile phone number, the amount of males and females you reserve for, the wadi you would like to go to and the date on which you want to go. Next to that we ask you to indicate your payment method and the date you will confirm your booking by payment. Your reservation is finalized only once payment is made.
  • How much time in advance do I have to book my adventure?

    It is suggested to book your adventure at least 24h in advance, otherwise we cannot guarantee the possibility for joining the adventure is still available. For trips taking place on Saturday, booking your adventure on Thursday at latest is requested.
  • I like to change my adventure into another one, is this possible?

    Yes, this is possible, but you can only change your adventure up till 24h before the start of your adventure. Within the 24h before your adventure start, you can no longer change your adventure, but you still have the possibility to cancel your adventure. However, if you cancel your adventure in the 24h previous to the event, you can only be partially refunded, as the company reserves the right to retain a percentage of the sum already paid for the ticket.
  • Can I cancel my adventure if I am no longer able to join?

    If for any reason you are no longer able to join the adventure, you can cancel your reservation up to 24h before the start of the trip. In case you cancel the reservation in the 24h previous to the event, the company reserves the right to retain a percentage of the sum already paid for the ticket.
  • How can I cancel my adventure?

    You can cancel your adventure by calling to our office within openinghours, at least 24h before the trip starts. Sending us an e-mail or text message is also possible, however, we cannot guarantee you we will read your message at least 24h before the trip starts. Cancelling your trip at least 24h before the adventure starts is needed in order to receive a full refund. Therefore calling us is the preferred way of cancellation.   • How much time in advance do I need to cancel my adventure?

    You can cancel your reservation up to 24h before the start of the trip. In case you cancel the reservation in the 24h previous to the event, the company reserves the right to retain a percentage of the sum already paid for the ticket.
  • Is it possible to get a refund if I cancel the adventure?

    In the unlucky event of a cancellation the company can refund you the entire amount of the ticket if you cancel the adventure at least 24h before the adventure starts. If you cancel the adventure in the 24h previous to the event, you can only be partially refunded, as the company reserves the right to retain a percentage of the sum already paid for the ticket.
  • I would like to do an activity that is not mentioned in the event description. Is it possible to add this activity to the adventure?

Costs and payment

  • How much will going on an adventure cost?

    The costs of the adventure vary per adventure. The price of the trip can be found in the event details via Individual adventure. For tailor-made trips, information about the price can be requested by contacting us. You can find our contact details on the Contact page.
  • What is included in the ticket price?

    In general transportation, meals, water, a refreshment, first aid, a guide, and (when needed) a helmet and lifejacket are included. To find out what is included for your adventure, check the event description of your adventure via Individual adventures.
  • Is food included in the price?

    If food is provided during the activity, it is always included in the price. Usually breakfast and either lunch or dinner is provided during the trip. To find out what meals are included in your adventure, take a look at the event description via Individual adventures.
  • When do I need to pay my adventure?

    You need to pay your adventure at least 24h in advance. Please note that the reservation is confirmed only at the moment of payment. We cannot guarantee your spot if you have reserved your adventure only by phone or e-mail. We will prioritise people who confirmed their trip by paying the ticket price at our office or by another payment method. Therefore we would like to ask you to fulfil the payment at least 24h prior to the start of your adventure.
  • How do I need to pay my adventure?

    You can pay for your adventure by passing by our office: Office 306, Ayman Al Malkh building, Ibn Al Fata Str. Al Rawnaq, In front of The Jett Bus Station, 7th Circle. P.O. Box 4626 Amman 11953 Jordan. Please note that it is not possible to pay by card.
  • Is it possible to pay by card when I pass by the AdventurePROS office?

    Unfortunately we do not accept payments by card. Only cash payments are accepted.
  • I am not living in Amman. Are there any other options to pay my adventure?

    In case you are not able to pass by our office for making your payment, you have the following options: transferring the money by visiting the Western Union bank, transferring the money online to our account at the Arab bank or making your payment via Paypal.   • Do I need to pay the full amount at once?

    Yes, you are asked to fulfil payment for the whole amount of your reservation at once. However, if you made a reservation for a group bigger than 10 persons, it is possible to pay 50% upon reservation confirmation and the other 50% at the morning you arrive for going on your adventure.
  • Can I get a group discount when booking my adventure?

    In no case groups discount is possible for groups smaller than 10 persons. In case your group is bigger than 10 persons you can contact us to inform about the options. Discount is never possible for adventures to Wadi Al-Hidan. You can find our contact details via the Contact page.
  • Is it possible to get a refund if I do not join the adventure?

    If for any reason you are no longer able to join the adventure, you can cancel your reservation.   • Where can I find the program of my adventure?

    It depends on the adventure you have chosen, how long the event takes. You can check the program and duration in the event description of your adventure, via Individual adventures.   • At what time I will be back in Amman after my adventure?

    It depends on the adventure you have chosen when you will be back in Amman after your adventure. Please note that the arrival time in Amman may vary, as it is hard to control the timing during the adventure trips.
  • How do I know if my trip is a 1-day or 2-day trip?

  • Where am I supposed to be at the gathering time of my adventure?

    The meeting point for the adventures is close to 7th circle, just around the corner of the AdventurePROS office (Office 306, Ayman Al Malkh building, Ibn Al Fata Str. Al Rawnaq, In front of The Jett Bus Station, 7th Circle. P.O. Box 4626 Amman). You can find us in front of Java Lava Café and Caldo, where our buses are parked.

Going on an adventure

  • At what time do I need to be at the gathering point?

  • Where am I supposed to be at the gathering time of my adventure?

In general you need to bring sunglasses, a hat, sun block, dry clothes for after your hike (in case of hiking in the water) and a backpack (which may get wet). You should wear walking shoes (in general running shoes are OK, you do not need to bring professional canyoning shoes).
  • Will my belongings get wet during the adventure?

    In general the answer is “yes”, as many of our adventures include hiking and/or swimming through water. It depends on the adventure you have chosen whether it is possible to keep your belongings dry during the adventure or not. During the adventures where swimming is included, you will take you backpack with you in the water. It is recommended to only bring water resistant items with you during the adventure. You have the possibility to leave other belongings in the bus.
  • Is there a possibility to change before or after the adventure?

    In case it is indicated in the program of your adventure that you will visit Adventure City (see event details via Individual adventures), you will have to possibility to use the facilities there to change or refresh yourself. In other cases, you will have the possibility to change in the bus (men and women separated).
  • Is there a possibility to shower after the adventure?

    Unfortunately there will be no possibility to shower after your adventure, as (most of) our adventures take place in nature/valleys where no facilities are present.

After my adventure

  • Where can I find the pictures taken during the trip?

    The pictures of your adventure will be published on the AdventurePROS facebook page. Via the Gallery a direct link to album of your adventure can be found.
  • When can I expect my pictures to be online?

    We do understand that you want to see the pictures of you adventure as soon as possible and we try our best to help you with this. We ask you to be patience for at least 7-10 days, as it will take time to process and to upload all pictures.
  • Is it possible to get my pictures without the AdventurePROS text?

    No, this is not possible with the standard photographer included in your adventure package. However, it is always possible to request a private photographer who will join you on the adventure, to capture the adventurous moments of you and your family/friends.   • I lost something during the trip, how can I inform whether it is found?

    If you lost something during the trip in one of the valleys, it is not possible for us to find it. However if you lost something in the bus on your way to or from the adventure, you can contact us. In that case we will contact the bus company to see if they have found your missing object.   • Is there a possibility to share my experience/opinion about the adventure?

    You are more than welcome to share your experience with us. You can do this by writing a review on the AdventurePROS facebook page or by writing a piece for our blog, via our Blog page. Next to that you can always send us a message by filling in the contact form via our Contact page.
